Job summary

Hanley Energy Group is seeking a Controls Engineer to join the Midland, Texas team. The role involves leading system installations, testing, and commissioning of critical infrastructure, and coordinating with clients and vendors.

Expect travel up to 25% and on-call responsibilities to support data-center grade controls and BMS projects. You will work with a fast-growing team to design, deploy, and manage projects, including Niagara Niaga r4 BMS programming and coordination with engineering and

Qualifications

  • 4 Year Engineering Degree or equivalent.
  • 4 years of experience in a technical field.
  • 2-year STEM degree + 2 years experience acceptable as alternative.
  • Experience with Data Centers or critical environments preferred.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% and be on-call during rotations.

Responsibilities

  • System Installation, Checkout, Integration, Testing, and Commissioning.
  • Plan and design Critical Infrastructure projects.
  • Program and deploy BMS/critical infrastructure projects.
  • Perform Preventative Maintenance Visits (PMV) and support.
  • Coordinate with clients and vendors to complete scope of work.
