Marvin seeks a Controls & Automation Team Lead to drive reliable, safe automation across our manufacturing operations. You will lead a small team to design, program, troubleshoot, and improve PLC, HMI, robotics, and motion systems powering our production lines.

You’ll manage automation projects from concept through startup, partner with maintenance, engineering, and production, and mentor technicians in a people-first culture focused on continuous improvement.

In this role, you'll lead a small team of controls specialists to design, program, troubleshoot, and improve PLC, HMI, robotics, and motion systems that power our premium window, door, and skylight production lines. You'll manage automation projects from concept through startup, partner closely with maintenance, engineering, and production, and champion standard work, documentation, and preventive strategies. As part of Marvin's people-first culture, you'll mentor technicians, support continuous improvement, and help shape long-term automation strategy in a stable, growth-focused environment.
