Marvin seeks an Industrial Controls Supervisor to lead the design, maintenance, and optimization of automation and controls for our manufacturing operations. You will supervise a small team, troubleshoot PLC/HMI and motion systems, and coordinate equipment upgrades to maximize uptime, safety, and quality.

Partnering with engineering, maintenance, and production, you’ll drive continuous improvement, standardize controls, and support capital projects, contributing to a people-first culture focused

Qualifications

• Experience leading automation and controls design in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with PLCs, HMIs, and motion systems.
• Experience supervising a small team and coordinating maintenance activities.
