Marvin is seeking a Controls Team Lead to oversee design, implementation, and support of industrial control systems for our premium window and door manufacturing operations. In this hands-on role, you'll lead a small team of controls technicians and engineers, managing PLC/HMI programming, troubleshooting, and upgrades to ensure reliable, safe, and efficient production.

Qualifications

• Industrial controls engineering and PLC/HMI background required.
• Experience designing and maintaining control architectures.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex control systems and perform upgrades.

• Design, program, and maintain PLC, HMI, and related automation systems.
