Marvin is seeking an Automation Controls Supervisor to lead a team that designs, programs, and maintains PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems powering production lines. You will troubleshoot equipment, mentor technicians, and drive continuous improvement in safety, reliability, and efficiency.

You will partner with engineering, maintenance, and operations to standardize platforms, support capital projects, and shape long-term automation strategy in a people-first culture.

Qualifikationen

• Experience designing and maintaining PLC/SCADA systems.
• Ability to implement and standardize controls architectures across facilities.
• Hands-on leadership with mentoring technicians and coordinating projects.
