Job summary

Thermo Systems LLC is seeking a seasoned Lead Control Systems Technician to support and coordinate field activities on control system projects. The role involves travel to client sites for installations, maintenance, or repairs of control systems and direct collaboration with project leads, supervisors, and leadership to ensure tasks are completed on time.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years leading control systems projects, strong troubleshooting skills, and experience with HMI/PLC applications.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Engineering Technology or related field.
• Typically 3–7+ years industry experience.
• 3+ years as Lead Control Systems Technician I or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist in project installation, start-up and commissioning of control systems.
• Lead and perform instrument loop checks and calibrations.
• Expert in maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of control systems.
• Lead FATs and ensure field wiring and diagrams are accurate.
• Demonstrate understanding of IT systems as it relates to control system integration.
