Job summary
Genentech, located in South San Francisco, CA, is seeking a Control Systems and Infrastructure Support Lead to manage the ITOT organization for a highly automated pharma facility. You will shepherd the site’s control systems roadmap, coordinate with IT and vendors, and ensure continuous 24/7 support for GMP and non-GMP systems.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT or related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of systems engineering experience in control systems, preferably in regulated environments.
Responsibilities
- Provide people leadership and development for site systems engineers and system owners.
- Maintain the Control Systems strategy and roadmap with partners, IT, and vendors.
- Oversee 24/7 technical support for Manufacturing Computerized Systems (GMP/non-GMP).
- Drive reliability and lifecycle management of site control systems.
- Execute computer system validation and maintain compliance across the control system lifecycle.
