Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience.
• Certifications for desktop and applications support.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy and device management tools.
• Experience in GMP environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support in GMP environments (network, hardware, OS, endpoint security, vendor software).
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve issues or escalate.
• Maintain lifecycle of local systems and clients, including patching and software versions.
• Install and configure local desktop and client-server systems with global colleagues.
• Keep local system documentation up to date (config, manuals, SLAs, licenses).
• Adhere to ITIL processes and GMP standards (Change Management, etc.).
• Collaborate with on-site and global stakeholders (ITOT, shared centers, vendors).
• Capture unmet requirements for QC lab and manufacturing IPC solutions.
