Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and finalize contracts, including pricing, terms, and conditions.
• Advise management on contractual rights and obligations.
• Draft, review, and approve agreements such as NDAs, licensing, and teamings.
• Collaborate with legal and cross-functional teams to mitigate risks.
