Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Lead Content Strategist for a large-scale Sitecore migration project. You will drive migration planning, content assessment, and rationalization, partnering with design vendors and client teams to ensure AI-ready content for scalable future growth.

You will lead content strategy, map legacy content to future architectures, and define modular content frameworks. This role is contract through December 2026 with remote, nationwide scope and competitive hourly compensation.

Qualifications

• CMS migration experience required.
• Strong content strategy background for large content inventories.
• Sitecore or other CMS migration experience required.

Responsibilities

• Own migration planning including content assessment and rationalization.
• Map legacy content, templates, components, and URLs to future-state structures.
• Partner with third-party design vendors to influence design choices.
• Define reusable content types, metadata standards, and modular content frameworks.
• Facilitate content inventory decisions with client stakeholders.
• Develop migration sequencing strategies and cutover plans.
