• Lead investigations and staff within the Consumer Protection Division, overseeing evidence collection and case strategy.
• Draft and negotiate civil resolutions, including consent judgments and voluntary compliance agreements.
• Initiate and manage civil litigation from filing through appeal in state or federal courts.
• Collaborate with local, state and federal agencies on investigations and litigation.
• Maintain expertise in consumer protection law and monitor relevant legislative changes.
