Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Render legal advice and counsel to professional regulatory boards and state agencies on rule drafting, agency action, and operation under applicable statutes.
• Conduct independent legal research, draft pleadings, motions, memoranda, and participate in administrative hearings and trials, including negotiations and discovery.
• Respond to inquiries about agency powers, maintain current expertise, and perform routine administrative activities and travel as needed.
