Qualifications
- 4+ years of consumer lending experience
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or management
- Knowledge of BSA/AML compliance and lending regulations
- Strong communication (oral and written) and analytical skills
Responsibilities
- Approve consumer and home equity loan applications within policy.
- Explain the review process and provide recommendations to applicants.
- Discuss rates, terms, and repayment options with applicants.
- Ensure timely processing and disbursement of loans per policy guidelines.
- Maintain loan portfolio compliance and record-keeping; support staff with daily tasks.
