Qualifications

• 5 years of Construction Supervisor 2 experience with PMI or equivalent PM certification.
• BS/Apprentice plus 8 years in construction/production management, incl. 4 years in exempt roles.
• PMI or equivalent certification in project management required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise all aspects of the construction process for AOR.
• Define project scope, goals and deliverables and manage the Unit Outfitting Hall.
• Control costs, overtime, schedule, and safety standards within contract specs.
• Identify risks, inspect work, document discrepancies and drive corrective actions.
