Job summary

Qualifications

• 5 years Construction Supervisor 2 experience AND PMI or equivalent certification in project management.
• BS/Apprentice + 8 years combined construction and production management experience AND PMI or equivalent certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise all aspects of the construction process for AOR, including defining scope, goals and deliverables.
• Manage the Unit Outfitting Hall and ensure quality and safety standards are met and work is on schedule.
• Identify risks, resolve design, material, scheduling or manpower issues affecting critical path work.
• Inspect, document discrepancies and ensure corrective actions are completed.
• Assess safety risks and develop mitigation plans.
