Job summary

Uniplex Construction is seeking a Superintendent to lead field operations, coordinate crews and subcontractors, and work closely with Project Managers to keep projects on schedule and safe. You will read plans, manage schedules, and ensure quality workmanship on both commercial and residential sites.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in construction, strong leadership and communication skills, and a solid understanding of plans and specifications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction experience.
• Leadership experience in commercial and/or residential construction.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to read construction plans and specifications.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations and coordinate crews and subcontractors.
• Maintain project schedules and quality standards.
• Read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Communicate with Project Managers, clients, and trade partners.
• Promote jobsite safety and company standards.
• Anticipate challenges and keep projects moving forward.
