Job summary

Uniplex Construction is seeking a Superintendent to lead field operations, coordinate crews and subcontractors, and work closely with Project Managers to keep projects on schedule and safe. You will read plans, manage schedules, and ensure quality workmanship on both commercial and residential sites.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in construction, strong leadership and communication skills, and a solid understanding of plans and specifications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction experience.
• Leadership experience in commercial and/or residential construction.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to read construction plans and specifications.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

About the Role

As a Superintendent, you’ll lead field operations, coordinate crews and subcontractors, and work closely with Project Managers to keep jobs running safely, efficiently, and on schedule. You’ll be a hands‑on leader who takes ownership, solves problems, and sets the tone for excellence on every project.
