Job summary

JE Dunn is seeking a Superintendent for Self-Perform on Advanced Facilities Group projects in the Mesa, AZ area. You will plan, manage and execute project work, lead safety initiatives, and coordinate subcontractors to meet schedule goals and profitability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and mentor others to maintain an injury‑free environment.
• Manage subcontractors and organize overall workflow on site.
• Oversee staff, subcontractors, suppliers and programs (Safety, Quality, EEO).
• Develop work plans for subcontractors and self‑performed work.
• Coordinate and manage project site care, custody and control.
