The role involves managing all on-site construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule coordination. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in construction management and at least 5 years of construction experience. Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in the construction field.
• CSL preferred.
• OSHA 10 Certification required; OSHA 30 Certification preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of Corporate/Industry Safety standards.
• Working knowledge of CPM schedule.
• Basic computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Administer project safety program to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
• Supervise construction effort to ensure project is constructed in accordance with the plans and specifications.
• Manage project budget requirements and assist the project manager in developing budgets.
• Coordinate and lead the daily stand-up and weekly foreman meetings.
