Job summary

Integra Mission Critical, LLC. is seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead planning, coordination, and supervision of projects.

You will schedule activities, manage field staff, and ensure safety, cost control, and quality across multiple teams and stakeholders. The role involves leading on-site efforts, developing look ahead schedules, monitoring subcontractors, and coordinating submittals, RFIs, and change orders to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in construction management or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
• 8 years of experience preferred.
• OSHA 30 Hour certification.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiate the development of a project schedule and sequence activities.
• Review project financial information with Project Management.
• Collaborate on Work Progress Schedule updates.
• Prepare detailed look ahead schedules for near-term planning.
• Lead weekly subcontractor schedule meetings.
• Coordinate varying scopes of work to expedite progress.
• Develop subcontract scopes or bid packages with PM input.
• Monitor subcontractor performance against drawings and scope.
• Prepare daily reports reflecting progress and issues.
• Review submittals and shop drawings for compliance.
• Coordinate RFIs and material submittals efficiently.
• Develop and execute Zero Accidents (ZAP) and XMOP plans.
• Identify non-compliance with safety, health, and quality standards.
• Oversee site activities and plan for future needs.
• Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and teams.
