Job summary

Red Cedar Construction Services, LLC is seeking a Construction Superintendent to lead field operations on active Greenville projects. You will manage site setup, subcontractor coordination, production planning, quality control, and safety from mobilization through turnover, reporting daily through Procore.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to read complete construction documents, and a track record of delivering schedules on time.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects.
• Experience managing multiple subcontractors on projects of $5M+ in total value.
• Proficiency in Procore for daily reporting, punch lists, RFIs, photo documentation, and inspection tracking.
• Ability to read and build from full construction documents (architectural, structural, civil, MEP).
• OSHA 30 certification required or to be obtained within 90 days of hire.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to produce clear daily reports and meeting summaries.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
