Lead Construction Superintendent – Multifamily/Commercial

Job summary

Green Key Resources is seeking experienced Superintendents to oversee day-to-day field operations on commercial and multifamily construction projects in the Denver area.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in commercial or multifamily construction, strong leadership and communication, and the ability to read drawings and specs; proficiency with Procore or Bluebeam is a plus. You will coordinate subcontractors, schedules, safety, and project closeout.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial or multifamily construction experience.
• Experience as a Superintendent or in a similar field leadership role.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent organization and time-management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of jobsite safety and quality control.
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction software is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively with both field and office teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily construction activities from project start through completion.
• Lead and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
• Maintain project schedules and ensure work stays on track.
• Coordinate daily manpower, materials, equipment, and site logistics.
• Review plans, specifications, and project documents to ensure work is correct.
• Monitor quality control and ensure work meets project requirements.
• Enforce jobsite safety policies and maintain a safe working environment.
• Conduct and participate in subcontractor and project meetings.
• Coordinate inspections and address field issues as they arise.
• Identify potential schedule, quality, or coordination issues and work with the project team to resolve them.
• Maintain daily reports, project documentation, and field records.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, owners, architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders.
• Manage punch list activities and assist with project closeout.
• Maintain a professional and organized jobsite throughout the project.
