Job summary

TierView Development, LLC in Philadelphia seeks a Construction Superintendent to oversee on-site teams, ensure schedule and budget adherence, and maintain safety and quality from framing to final punch. You will coordinate with Project Manager, subcontractors, and inspectors to keep projects moving smoothly.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years’ multi-family construction experience in/around Philadelphia, reads blueprints confidently, and leads with clear communication while managing daily

Qualifications

• 5–10 years’ construction supervision experience, including work in Philadelphia under a licensed General Contractor.
• Multi-Family Construction experience for buildings >50 units; Type I/Type IIIB knowledge preferred.
• Ability to read instructions and blueprints; strong understanding of construction principles.
• Excellent verbal communication with tenants, inspectors, and officials.
• Proficient in daily reporting and scheduling with web-based software.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to and maintain project schedule.
• Inspect and ensure conformity with design and specifications; punch of unit phases.
• Communicate with Project Manager and Subcontractors.
• Generate RFIs and Review Submittals.
• Ensure Site safety is always maintained.
• Run weekly progress meetings and daily reporting.
• Interface with inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship per plans and specs.
