Qualifications

• Must have 10+ years on commercial construction projects, with 5+ years in supervision.
• 30 Hour OSHA safety certification (Current).
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction techniques and plans.
• Experience with RS Means-based estimating and construction scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Attend pre-bid and pre-construction site visits and support RFP review.
• Supervise all field construction activities and manage subcontractors.
• Develop and update construction schedules; coordinate material lead times.
• Maintain jobsite documentation (drawings, RFIs, submittals, logs) and QA/QC.
