Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in a Construction Foreman or Superintendent role.
• Knowledge of Trimble GPS.
• Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Project Management Certification or equivalent may be required based on project scope.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Meets standards by driving production, maintaining quality, and upholding customer-service expectations.
• Maintains safe work environment by enforcing safety standards and OSHA/MSHA/DOT compliance.
• Interprets construction drawings, specifications, permits, and layouts.
• Manages project budgets, schedules and production demands.
• Leads and coaches staff; supervises subcontractors and performance.
• Operates and evaluates heavy equipment for training and performance.
