Job summary

Stout Building Contractors is seeking a seasoned Construction Superintendent to drive commercial construction projects with a focus on schedule discipline and safety. You will coordinate with a mentor and field team to deliver high-quality results on time.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of superintendent experience, strong English communication, and proficiency with MS Office and Procore. A valid driver’s license and ability to pass drug/background checks are required; travel may be needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience as a commercial construction superintendent.
• Strong time-management and communication skills.
• Ability to pass a drug test and background check.
• Experience with Procore and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Drive projects to completion using a 3‑week master schedule and coordinate with subcontractors.
• Maintain safety as a priority and perform OSHA 30-related duties.
• Lead subcontractor coordination meetings and document progress.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, and drawings to ensure quality and schedule.
• Capture observations, photos, and communications to close out the project.
