Spear D Construction is seeking an experienced Utility Superintendent to lead daily field operations on underground utility projects in Albuquerque, NM. The role emphasizes coordination of crews, equipment, and inspections to ensure safety, schedule adherence, and quality in line with plans.

The ideal candidate has extensive underground utility construction experience, strong field production understanding, and the ability to lead crews while proactively resolving issues impacting projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in underground utility or heavy civil construction.
• Experience leading field crews and coordinating multiple trade disciplines.
• Strong knowledge of water, sewer, storm drain installations and utilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations for underground utility and heavy civil projects.
• Supervise installation of water, sewer, storm drain, and other underground utilities.
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, equipment, materials, and suppliers to ensure readiness and quality.
