Job summary
CSM Group is seeking a Construction Superintendent to oversee daily field activities across active projects in the SW Michigan region. You will work with the project director and manager to develop strategies, schedules, and plans to deliver milestones safely and efficiently.

Qualifications
- Eight+ years of related construction management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred but not required with equivalent experience.
- Proven safety and quality management in heavy construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Oversee on-site construction activities and coordinate with project director/manager.
- Develop execution strategies, schedules, and field plans to meet milestones.
- Lead safety, quality, and compliance with drawings and specifications.
- Maintain daily reports, JHA forms, permits, and field records.
- Coordinate trade/vendor logistics and progress meetings.
