Qualifications
10-15 years of experience on $30-$100 million commercial/industrial construction projects.
Ability to enforce the project safety plan and create a safety-first culture.
Experience supervising a project team.
Responsibilities
Direct the day-to-day coordination of trade contractors.
Manage the project budget for general conditions and site services.
Develop and communicate the work plan regarding changes made in the field.
Act as primary safety representative in the field.
Lead contractor meetings on a regular basis.
