Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Scheduler to join our Contract Solutions team in the Places business unit in Southern California, with a preference for Los Angeles or Orange County. You will develop and maintain detailed project schedules, drive critical path analysis, and communicate status to the project team and client.

The role requires 3+ years of scheduling experience in public buildings, infrastructure, water/wastewater or commercial construction, strong communication, mentoring skills, and

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication required.
• Ability and interest in mentoring junior staff.
• Hands-on scheduling experience in public buildings, infrastructure, water/wastewater or commercial construction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for multiple projects.
• Analyze critical paths and track schedule progress against baselines.
• Communicate schedule status to project managers, clients, and consultants.
• Lead schedule and budget review meetings at construction sites or client facilities.
• Collect and record real-time data on progress and manpower.
