Job summary

FASTSIGNS Lancaster is seeking a Manager, Construction Projects to lead our project management team and oversee delivery of our commercial signage portfolio in Lancaster, PA. You will manage high-value projects, mentor project managers, and set standards for process, client service, and execution.

We offer an attractive compensation package with a $110,000–$130,000 salary, full benefits, 401(k) match, PTO, and opportunities for career advancement. Onsite role with standard 8:00–4:30 schedule.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience in signage or construction.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or lead PM role.
• Associate degree, or equivalent experience, in PM, business, or related field.
• Deep knowledge of signage permitting and installation logistics.
• Experience standardizing change order processes and invoicing; improve margins.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to read architectural drawings, site plans, and sign layouts.
• Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of high-priority, multi-location, or complex commercial signage projects.
• Supervise the PM team: hire/train, organize work, set schedules, give feedback, and apply policy.
• Review and approve budgets, schedules, and scopes across active projects.
• Monitor department KPIs: on-time delivery, budget performance, client satisfaction.
• Lead client relationships for key accounts and multi-site programs.
• Standardize the change order process and approve changes before client submission.
• Set standards for progress tracking and invoicing to ensure accurate billing.
