Job summary

Fastsigns Lancaster is seeking an Installer to install, repair, and maintain signs and displays across client sites. You will read blueprints, operate ladders and lifts, and follow safety guidelines to ensure quality installations.

Requires 18+ years, high school diploma or GED, valid driver’s license, and 0–2 years of experience; CDL and OSHA certs preferred. Travel up to 95% with in-office work at 1811 Rohrerstown Rd, Lancaster, PA 17601.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CDL preferred.
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred or willingness to become certified.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair signs, displays, and related structures.
• Operate ladders, scaffolding, aerial lifts, forklifts, and tools.
• Read blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and safety guidelines.
• Communicate with clients about installation status.
• Complete projects on time both independently and in a team.
• Keep tools and equipment in safe condition.
• Troubleshoot installation issues.
