Propelled Brands is seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee FASTSIGNS National Accounts sign projects from inquiry through completion. You will coordinate with customers, franchisees, vendors, landlords, and internal teams to deliver on-time, on-budget results.

The role requires strong organization, communication, and multitasking abilities, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site position in Carrollton, TX.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in project coordination or sign-industry preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage FASTSIGNS National Accounts sign projects from inquiry to completion.
• Coordinate with customers, franchisees, vendors, landlords and internal teams.
• Create scopes of work and manage project documentation and timelines.
• Prepare client quotes and ensure adherence to margins and deadlines.
• Assist in process improvements and tool development.
