Qualifications

• At least five years of relevant experience as a Project Manager in construction.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage client relations.
• Ability to read and interpret commercial construction drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all project activities and personnel to ensure success.
• Coordinate with Estimating to formulate award schedule during pre-construction.
• Review project documents and manage compliance with requirements and schedule.
• Organize kick-off meetings with key participants.
• Prepare progress reports, schedule updates, and budget updates.
• Maintain relationships with owners, subcontractors, unions and clients.
• Forecast labor, materials, and costs; monitor budgets and invoicing.
• Monitor project scope changes and advise client on fee adjustments.
• Ensure insurance certificates, DOB sign-off, and project close-out documents.
