Job summary

Buch Construction is seeking a Project Superintendent to oversee field construction activities in New York City and surrounding Northeast region. You will ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence while coordinating trades and documenting site activities.

The role requires 5–8 years of experience, a high school diploma with further education or equivalent, and proficiency with MS Office and Bluebeam. On-site leadership and strong communication are essential for project success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma plus Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent field experience.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Must be able to read and interpret project drawings and specifications.
• Understand scheduling and cost analysis; proficient with MS Office and Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day field operations.
• Promote and enforce Buch Safety Program on site.
• Coordinate trades and subcontractors to meet schedules.
• Provide weekly lookahead schedules to Project Manager.
