Job summary

Construction Management & Builders, Inc. is seeking a Superintendent to lead on-site construction activities across diverse projects in the New York area. You will supervise field staff, coordinate with subcontractors, vendors and clients, and drive project execution from mobilization to commissioning.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in construction, a valid Construction Supervisor license and SST card, with LEED AP preferred. You will champion safety and quality on every site visit.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction experience.
• SST card certification is required.
• Construction Supervisor license and LEED AP certification (preferred).
• Reliable transportation to sites.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, field management and supervision for all site activities.
• Develop and implement project strategy from mobilization through commissioning.
• Coordinate with Project Manager to manage field-related costs and resources.
• Maintain a safe, compliant site by enforcing standards and regulations.
• Oversee subcontractors and ensure performance aligns with project scope.
