Job summary

JRM Construction Management seeks experienced Superintendents at all levels to lead on-site construction efforts in New York City. You will supervise field personnel, manage schedules, ensure safety, quality, and budget compliance, and coordinate with project teams and clients to deliver projects on time.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management, OSHA certifications, and strong knowledge of scheduling and cost control.

Qualifications

• Requires Engineering, Construction Management or related Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent years of experience.
• Requires knowledge of scheduling, safety regulations, cost control and drawings/documents required.
• NYC Buildings Construction Superintendent License is a plus

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all site construction activities to meet schedule, quality and budget goals.
• Maintain safety practices and enforce corporate safety program on-site.
• Prepare daily reports and manage RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings as needed.
• Maintain project schedule with updates and communicate changes to the team.
• Oversee field operations, safety, progress, and site cleanliness.
