• Minimum of five years’ experience as Construction Project Management.
• Experience managing multiple commercial projects concurrently; proficient in MS Office and Project.
• Experience with ProCore required.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Expert knowledge of construction market conditions, building codes, and legalities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage multiple projects and estimate future opportunities.
• Oversee direct employees, contractors, and suppliers to meet plan.
• Maintain relationships with subcontractors, staff, owner’s reps, and local code authorities.
• Create and oversee budget, schedule, milestones, quality control, and safety standards.
• Issue RFIs, change submittals, and negotiate change orders.
• Manage site superintendents.
• Manage punch list, handoff, and project close-out.
