You will read blueprints, manage subcontractors, and supervise sites while maintaining safety and contract compliance. Strong planning, estimating, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in construction management or a related field.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Project in Procore.
• Strong understanding of blueprint reading, contracts, and construction site operations.
• Excellent project management, scheduling, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in estimating and planning.
