Job summary

Executive Human Resource Service is seeking a Construction – Estimating Manager for Oklahoma City, OK, to lead complex estimates for major commercial projects. The role demands strong knowledge of means and methods, trade scopes, and collaborative team leadership.

You will work closely with operations and field personnel to deliver accurate, competitive bids, while mentoring others and driving value-engineering opportunities across projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional construction estimating experience.
• Commercial construction estimating experience.
• Experience developing estimates for competitive bids and negotiated proposals.
• Strong understanding of drawings, specs, and trades.
• Experience with quantity takeoffs and pricing.
• Ability to manage scopes of work across trades.
• Proficient with Excel and MS Office.
• Driver's license and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex estimates for competitive bids and negotiated proposals.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project teams to develop accurate estimates.
• Develop scopes of work, responsibility matrices, and bid packages.
• Maintain audit trails from estimate development to award.
• Incorporate project schedules, logistics, and phasing into estimates.
• Mentor and develop junior estimating staff.
