Building Culture is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex commercial construction projects in Oklahoma City. This role demands 8+ years of project management with end-to-end delivery, both on site and in the office, and a track record of successful project outcomes.

You will manage scope, schedule, budget, client/consultant relationships, and vendor partners while driving practical problem solving, team collaboration, and quality results.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in project management on commercial construction projects.
• End-to-end project delivery experience and leadership.
• Experience in estimating, preconstruction, buyout, and closeout.
• Deep knowledge of construction methods, materials, and codes.
• Strong written and verbal communication; documentation discipline.
• Proficiency with project management software and Bluebeam.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Own the project – accountability for scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and relationships.
• Engage design early to price and address constructability and code issues.
• Produce and own budget, run buyout, manage RFIs, submittals, changes, and liens.
• Build and hold the schedule; drive project tempo.
• Oversee punch list, closeout, and warranty with a strong finish.
• Manage documentation and job-cost tracking; prepare construction draws.
• Recruit and manage trade partners; maintain vendor records.
• Maintain client and consultant relationships; communicate risks and decisions.
• Coordinate permitting with city officials; keep paths off critical path.
• Ensure craftsmanship; address issues on site with timely fixes.
• Mentor field and project teams; continuously improve processes.
