Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience within commercial construction.
• Proven ability to independently manage projects from start to finish.
• Experience overseeing projects valued between $10M-$30M+.
• Strong background in commercial, multifamily, municipal, nonprofit, or public-sector construction projects.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Hands-on leadership style with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable operating within lean project teams with significant ownership and responsibility.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining schedule and budget objectives.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from inception through completion, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule objectives are achieved
• Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders throughout all phases of construction
• Monitor project costs, contracts, change orders, and financial performance
• Lead project planning, scheduling, procurement, and risk management efforts
• Collaborate closely with Superintendents to drive successful project execution
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide regular project updates
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in accordance with contractual requirements
