Job summary

Ross Group is seeking a construction management professional to lead project coordination in Oklahoma City. You will manage submittals, permits, logs, and coordination with owners, architects, and subcontractors to ensure quality, schedule, and budget adherence.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in construction management, a relevant degree, and strong communication skills. Flexible hours (~50 hours/week) are expected to support project goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Three to five years experience in construction management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility with hours, averaging around 50 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Assist project management in arranging for jobsite utilities.
• Obtain permits and contract documents.
• Review submittals and prepare submittal logs.
• Monitor project progress for adherence to plans, specifications, and as-builts.
• Prepare RFIs and maintain log.
• Switch all utilities into owner's name and assist in obtaining Certificate of Occupancy.
