Job summary

Organize and conduct pre-construction conferences with subcontractors and team members.
Inspect work progress for compliance and quality.
Interact professionally with customers, vendors, management, and stakeholders.
Lead the job site activities and ensure lean principles are applied.
Coordinate with Project Manager to ensure proper manning and scheduling.
Walk the project site weekly to review progress and performance.
Create punch lists for subcontractors and manage inspections.
