STV Construction Incorporated is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Texas to oversee planning, design, execution, and completion of education-focused construction projects. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and ensure timelines align with regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience with large-scale projects, strong leadership, and proficiency with Procore or Buildertrend. Excellent communication with school districts and authorities is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Professional certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), LEED AP, or similar credentials are preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience managing construction projects.
• Proven experience managing large-scale, complex construction projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with project budgeting, scheduling, and contract management.
• Familiarity with school construction grant funding applications and procedures.

Responsabilités

• Project Planning & Coordination: Manage the entire lifecycle of construction projects and develop scopes, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Budget and Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, review invoices, and provide financial reporting.
• Team Leadership & Communication: Lead project teams and serve as main contact among stakeholders; organize regular progress meetings.
• Regulatory Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with codes, zoning, environmental standards; enforce safety on-site.
• Risk Management & Problem Solving: Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, resolve conflicts and document changes.
• Quality Assurance: Monitor work, conduct site visits, ensure final construction meets standards and is handed over.
• Post-Construction & Handover: Complete documentation, warranties, manuals, and coordinate close-out inspections.
