Job summary

JE Dunn Construction in Tulsa, OK seeks a Project Manager 2 to provide direction on moderately complex projects and to manage the operation and administration of the project, aligned with our strategy, vision, and values.

You will lead safety culture, coordinate preconstruction tasks, manage submittals and change requests, develop and maintain schedules and budgets, and collaborate with owners, architects, designers, and subcontractors to deliver successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in cm, engineering or related field; or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of construction management experience.
• Valid driver's license; willingness to travel/relocate.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and mentor staff; investigate incidents.
• Coordinate preconstruction activities, quantify takeoffs and bids.
• Manage submittal schedules and shop drawings.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Lead monthly project reviews and closeout processes.
• Coordinate with owners, architects and subcontractors.
