This remote-first role requires leading field and office teams, coordinating with inspectors, and traveling across California, including nights/weekends.

Compensation ranges from $120k to $134k DOE with comprehensive benefits and a home-office stipend.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably in residential or fire protection systems.
• Strong understanding of residential construction, permitting, and fire safety regulations.
• Experience managing contractors, architects, and local inspectors.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-first approach.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end installation of Frontline Wildfire Defense systems, ensuring on-time completion, scope adherence, and budget control.
• Develop efficient processes for supply chain, inventory management, job costing, and installation workflows.
• Coordinate material procurement, tracking, and timely deliveries with inspectors and authorities.
• Serve as primary contact for homeowners, contractors, and builders, ensuring clear communication and expectations.
• Lead and train installation teams, foster collaboration between field and office teams, and provide performance feedback.
