Wolverine Construction is seeking a Construction Project Manager II to lead commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will oversee multi-site, fast-paced builds for diverse clients, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality goals are met.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Proven ability to independently manage projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Strong experience with estimating, bidding, buyout, and project financial management.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Lead estimating, bidding, scheduling, budgeting, and project execution.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, typically ranging from $3M-$8M.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Monitor project financial performance, forecasts, change orders, and cost controls.
• Facilitate project meetings and drive accountability across project teams.
• Identify and resolve project challenges proactively to maintain schedule and budget.
• Prequalify and manage subcontractors while expanding trade partner relationships.
• Champion a strong safety culture and exceptional client experience.
