Wolverine Construction is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large commercial construction projects from design through closeout. You will guide client relationships, manage budgets, schedules, and safety programs to deliver quality outcomes.

You will collaborate with owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams, prequalify trades, review invoices, and push for value engineering while upholding Wolverine’s core values and safety standards.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in CM/architecture/engineering.
• 10+ years of construction project management experience.
• Experience with complex, multi-site projects and budgets.
• Ability to lead teams and maintain client relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee large commercial projects from design through closeout.

• Enforce site safety plans and drive value engineering.
