Job summary

Wolverine Construction is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to help keep commercial construction projects on schedule, within safety standards, quality, timeliness, budget, and profitability. You will support the team through design to closeout and help prepare schedules, cost estimates, and progress reports while learning the Wolverine Way.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of experience in Construction Management, Engineering, or Project Management.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Develops project leadership and management skills for limited volumes of commercial construction projects from design through closeout; implements best practices with experienced team members.
• Supports complex relationships with owner/client, architect, subcontractors, consultants, and superintendents under guidance of senior PMs.
• Gains experience in conceptual to final estimating, design/construction documents, site safety, buy-out, and schedule management.
